Hours and Varieties
One more week until we close for the season! The Apple Barn will be open through Wednesday, November 26
As a result of a smaller than usual crop this year, the selection of apples available at this time is greatly reduced from a normal year, but we have plenty of fresh-pressed cider and Ida Red apples for your Thanksgiving needs!
The following varieties may be available depending on supply:
- Apples
- Golden Russet
- Ida Red
- Red Delicious
- PLUS, two new varieties to try from a neighboring orchard to help provide more selection as our apples run out
- Sweet Zinger
- Ludacrisp
- Cider

- This week's pressing is one of the last of the season and occurred on Wednesday, November 19. This batch consists mainly of Ida Red, and a small amount of a few other varieties. You can find gallons, half gallons, and pints of cider at the Apple Barn and this week's Dane County Holiday Farmers Market while supplies last.
